Man this year has been going so good! Even better than I could ever imagined or planned. So good, I didn’t even get a chance to write my August needs; it seems that month just zoomed by. Summer has come and gone and now were fallin’ into fall. I couldn’t let September go without listing this month’s must haves:

1. Olive hues – I totally fell in love with this trend for the season. It’s that camouflage, army green, olive color that to me gives a punch to anything this season. I snagged a jumper and a pair of pants in this color and I cannot wait to wear them! But I hopped on the trend last month when I rocked this olive dress! This hue reminds me of a summery green leaf, right at its transition to a leaf hanging on one of fall’s branches.

  

2. Mushroom cut/heavy bangs – I can check this one off my list! A recent visit to my stylist and she aced this look. I love this for this season, because it’s a cute and easy transition from the summery pixie cuts. The heavier bangs and round cut fit perfectly with the fall attire and gives the pixie a new a more grown up feel.

3. Corduroy – Nothing says fall like corduroy! I absolutely love the thick fabric for this season. It just fits perfectly!

4. Boots – As of late I’ve been obsessing over fall boots. Low tops to be exact, with either zippers or buckles. I just know a really good pair could set off any outfit this season. Wear with jeans, skirts and even dresses for season friendly looks. Another item marked off the list! I copped these amazing burgundy pair recently.
