There are just so many events, parties, get togethers, after work shindigs, before work happenings and “just because” gatherings to attend this time of year, having a holiday ready wardrobe is a must! This is the time of year I dress up for nothing, dress down for no one and go crazy with the sequins, glitter, furs and sparkle!

There are new friends to meet, old ones coming to town and current ones who love to party! I think I happened upon the perfect holiday party dress from online fashion boutique 2268 Specialty! Sure, it makes me look like Mrs. Nutcracker, but that’s exactly why I love it!

It’s super holiday with its bright reds and mesmerising blues; the super frilly accents, the huge bow and of course the sequins!

I paired this dress with my lucite heels and nothing else, because this number does all the talking itself! And oh how it hugs! I love the fit of this dress; it’s not too tight, but fits perfectly on the body, accentuating the right places.

I’d been secretly stalking 2268 Specialty for about a year now and over some time purchased a few pieces. I love that the styles are so trendy, funky and modern, I’ve even seen similar styles worn by Beyonce herself…no lie!

I’ve already bookmarked several other style options I’ve found on 2268 Specialty for all my holiday events, and I must say this little number has me super excited to dress up and hit the town all season long!
